4. Subscription Service and Refund Policy
If this is your first time with us, we offer a free 7-day trial of the Amazing Yoga Online subscription service so you can try before you buy. Get access to everything for free for 7 Days. After your 7-day trial your credit card will be billed on a recurring basis until you cancel. Payments will continue unless you cancel at least 24-hours prior to the current cycle. You can cancel your membership at any time.
Following the completion of the Subscription Period and/or Free Trial, your Subscription Services will automatically renew for the same Subscription Period at the then-current standard rates for access to the same Subscription Services, unless and until they are cancelled or changed by you within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
5. Limitations
In no event shall Amazing Yoga or its parents, subsidiaries or affiliates be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Amazing Yoga’s websites, even if Amazing Yoga or a Amazing Yoga authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
